The problem is that human beings are not carved from a single block of stone. We may have more than one motivation present in us at a time. We may be conflicted.
Parts Therapy is a universal tool of hypnotherapy. In hypnosis you can actually ask the part of you that you would like to change, WHY. We say that to our self all of the time... I don't know why I keep eating that, I don't know why I don't go to the gym. I don't know why, but your subconscious does. In hypnosis we can help line up your conflicting motivations by negotiating with them.

This is a group session and as such will be more introvert with less prompting, but if you have issues that you would like to get answers to, parts therapy is amazing. The answers that pop into your head will make total sense to you, but will not be what you would have ever expected.

While in hypnosis, you will visualize the body, the weight and the feeling that you desire. As well as picturing a desired outcome, you can utilize your sense of touch, hearing and even smell. You can create new images as well as using images from your memories and experiences. People sometimes believe they have to see a crystal clear image of their goal, as though watching a movie. However, a positive attitude and a belief that you are “in the role” and to feel the emotions is more important than clear imagery.
When you set a goal in your life you have to visualize the end result. See in your mind the outcome. For weight loss you need a reason to say "no" you need a goal, you need that image in your mind of how you want to look. You need it planted so firmly in your mind that you can't imagine any other outcome. A naturally slim person doesn't imagine any other outcome.
